The extensive range of farm buildings provides facilities for both arable and livestock operations on the Estate. In addition, two former livestock building sites have been converted to high quality commercial premises.

The Mills Building, completed in 2005, has two tenants.

The Hungerford Bookcase Company (Stevana Ltd) is a local business that has been based on the Estate since 1982. From the smallest alcove bookcase to a large library or fitted study, The Hungerford Bookcase Company makes furniture to the highest standard using traditional methods and quality materials.

Four Seasons Garden Services is another long-term tenant of the Estate.  George Levett sells and services many types of garden and horticultural equipment.

The Reid Building, completed in 2007, is exclusively occupied by Eddingtons Ltd., a fast growing local business involved in the whole-saling and retailing of kitchenwares.  

A set of Victorian model farm buildings was converted to comm- ercial use in the 1980s.

The core tenant is Leverton Framers, another long established local business that has been based at Leverton since 1984. The team at Leverton Framers have a combined experience of more than sixty years in framing, and offer excellent value for traditional craftsmanship and quality service.

A newer tenant is Hungerford Glass, run by David Cooper, a company that is able to provide all types of glass for business and personal premises and an expert fitting service.
