At New Hayward Farm, the extensive range of farm buildings provides facilities both for arable and livestock operations. In addition, two former farm structures have been rebuilt to provide high quality commercial premises.
The Mills Building (6,500 square feet and completed in 2005) is let to two long-term tenants of the Estate: Stevana Ltd. a bespoke furniture maker trading as The Hungerford Bookcase Company; and Four Seasons Garden Services for sales and servicing of garden machinery.
The Reid Building (14,500 square feet and completed in 2007) is let to Eddingtons Ltd. a supplier of home and kitchenwares.
Leverton Farm Buildings (7,000 square feet), the former Edwardian model farm has been converted (and recently refurbished) to provide a range of business premises of from 300-2,200 square feet. The courtyard tenants comprise Leverton Framers, Sofas & Stuff, Haygain, Accomplish Fitness and The Gentleman’s Shop.
